Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature and preparation time required for services and products there are no cancellations or refunds available, however you may reschedule your appointment if needed. If your product is damaged in the post or the wrong item has been received it will be replaced. If you have any other problems please let me know so that I can remedy the situation.
Please note that I only provide healthcare guidance and dispense medicines with a paid for service and, that a consultation is not a replacement for medical treatment.
